Art Exhibition and Sale

The Stuhr Museum is proud to announce the opening of the 27th annual “Wings Over the Platte” art exhibit and sale, the region’s largest art exhibit dedicated to life on the Platte River, opening Friday, February 14th at Bartenbach Gallery in downtown Grand Island. The exhibit runs through April 6th.
This show features a fantastic variety to appeal to the naturalist and artist alike. “Wings Over the Platte” is one of the largest art shows in the country dedicated to life on the Platte River and its tributaries, and this year the pieces include oils, pastels, wildlife photography, sculpture, wood carving, pencil drawings, felt work and much more.
The public can view this year’s “Wings Over the Platte” show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and Noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday through March 30th at Bartanbach Gallery.
