“Deb Gengler-Coppled recalled a moment in nature that led to an art award. ‘I was photographing a grey wolf in West Yellowstone, Montana, when he turned and looked directly into the camera lens,” she said. “His eyes, and the way he looked was an unexplainable experession. It was as if he had a story he wanted told. I will always remember that moment.”
